Utility/ Laundry Room - with 2 x washing machines, 2 x tumble driers, ironing board, steam iron, clothes lines
Store Room - with additional fridge and freezer, BBQ, various smaller body-boards (use at own risk), and storage for golf clubs or fishing gear
Boiler Room with space to hang and dry wet-suits or other wet clothing
