The main house sleeps eight to ten, whilst a further six can be accommodated in the courtyard and garden rooms.

  • Dining Room - with long dining table, double glazing, Wi-fi and arched walk-through to kitchen

  • Kitchen - with three oven electric range cooker, large wooden table, large fridge and separate large freezer, microwave, toaster, food-processor, Wi-fi and a very wide range of cooking accessories

    • Adjoining scullery - with sink, dishwasher, vegetable baskets and ample storage space

  • Double Bedroom - with king-size double bed that can be converted into two singles or vice-versa. Double glazing, USB sockets, wardrobe.

  • Small Double Bedroom - with normal size double bed. Double glazing, USB sockets, clothes hooks.

  • Shared shower room - with shower, toilet, basin, towel radiator, shaver socket.

Garden Room

Sleeps two on ground floor

  • Double Bedroom - with king-size double bed, sitting area, television (restricted channels), Wi-fi, en-suite bathroom with large shower, WC and basin, shaver socket and toothbrush charger. Kitchenette in entrance area. Central heating radiators. Double glazing.

 

Courtyard and Outside:

  • Utility/ Laundry Room - with 2 x washing machines, 2 x tumble driers, ironing board, steam iron, clothes lines

  • Store Room - with additional fridge and freezer, BBQ, various smaller body-boards (use at own risk), and storage for golf clubs or fishing gear

  • Boiler Room with space to hang and dry wet-suits or other wet clothing

  • Outside Shower - thermostatically controlled hot and cold, with overhead and hand-held shower - perfect for rinsing off after surfing
